Novee runs an AI-driven offensive security platform that continuously simulates real-world attacker tactics against a customer’s environment, aiming to find complex vulnerabilities — particularly business-logic flaws and multi-step exploit chains — that traditional periodic penetration tests and automated scanners tend to miss. The platform also handles automated retesting to confirm that flagged issues were actually fixed.

Founded in Tel Aviv in May 2025 by Ido Geffen (CEO), Gon Chalamish (CPO), and Omer Ninburg (CTO), all described as veterans of national-level offensive security work, Novee emerged from stealth in January 2026 with a striking $51.5 million Series A — raised just four months after the company was founded — led by YL Ventures, Canaan Partners, and Zeev Ventures.

Continuous, AI-driven pentesting is an increasingly active category, and Novee’s differentiator is the emphasis on business-logic exploitation rather than known-CVE scanning, paired with continuous rather than point-in-time testing. The scale and speed of the Series A, from cybersecurity-focused investors with strong track records, is a genuine momentum signal. That said, Novee has no public customer names, independent testing results, or case studies yet — the evidence at this stage is almost entirely investor confidence rather than demonstrated efficacy.
