Neon Cyber builds a browser-native security platform aimed at protecting how modern, distributed teams actually work — inside browsers and SaaS applications — rather than only at the network or endpoint layer. The Workforce Cybersecurity Platform (WCP) is designed to detect and stop phishing, credential abuse, and unsanctioned SaaS usage in real time as employees interact with web apps, extending visibility into departments and workflows traditional tools often miss.
Founded in April 2024 by Cody Pierce (CEO) and Mark St. John (COO), who previously built and exited AlphaWave, and headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, Neon emerged from stealth in September 2025. Both founders bring backgrounds from ZeroFox, LookingGlass, Rapid7, Endgame, and Verizon. Early adopters cited publicly include DocGo (healthcare), BP Energy, and the City of Danville, IL, along with a technology partnership with Elastic.
