Red Alert Labs, founded in 2017 in Paris by Roland Atoui, is an independent cybersecurity laboratory and EUCC-accredited certification body that helps IoT manufacturers bring secure, compliant products to market. It provides risk management, audits, evaluation and certification across the IoT lifecycle, acts as both a laboratory and an IT Security Evaluation Facility (ITSEF) in the EUCC ISAC, and offers the CyberPass platform to automate compliance work.
Fime announced the acquisition on September 15, 2026. Red Alert Labs continues to operate as an accredited, independent laboratory under the name Red Alert Labs, cybersecurity by Fime, with Atoui leading Fime’s global security activities.
