Overview

Rig Security, founded in early 2025 by Wiz alumnus Guy Kozliner, builds an identity protection platform for the agentic era. It correlates human, machine and AI identities across cloud, on-premises, identity-provider and endpoint environments into a single graph, combining identity security posture management, identity threat detection and response, and non-human/AI identity security, with the aim of telling a user’s legitimate action apart from an AI agent acting through that user’s identity.

The company emerged from stealth in September 2026 with a $12M seed round co-led by Ten Eleven Ventures and Brightmind Partners, with participation from the CrowdStrike Falcon Fund. It says it is already in production at Fortune 200 organizations and is listed on the AWS and CrowdStrike marketplaces.

Innovation Matrix Assessment

Innovation Velocity 7/10

Went from founding in early 2025 to a stealth exit, a funded seed round and marketplace listings in roughly 18 months.

Operational Value 6/10

Addresses a concrete, growing problem - attributing agent actions to the human identity behind them - and claims production use, but outcomes aren't independently documented.

Market Momentum 6/10

Reported Fortune 200 customers, a CrowdStrike Falcon Fund investment and AWS/CrowdStrike marketplace availability are real traction signals for a company this young, though the customer claims are self-reported.

Category Disruption 6/10

Unifying ISPM, ITDR and AI-agent identity control on one correlation graph is a different framing from standalone IAM or NHI tools, though identity-graph approaches are not unique to it.

Real-World Efficacy 4/10

No independent testing, named customer case study or analyst evaluation was found; effectiveness rests on company statements.

Enduring Relevance 8/10

Agent identity and non-human identity risk are growing quickly as enterprises deploy autonomous agents; the problem should remain central for years.

Why CISOs Should Care

AI agents increasingly act with a person's credentials, and conventional identity tooling can't tell who - or what - is really behind an action. Rig targets that attribution gap directly.

What Makes It Different

Rather than governing agents as a separate silo, it resolves accounts, tokens and agents back to humans in a single identity graph (its 'Identity Correlation Engine').

The Matrix Verdict

62/100 — INCREMENTAL INNOVATOR

An early, well-backed entrant in agentic-identity security with a clear thesis and reported Fortune 200 production use; the evidence of effectiveness is still vendor-stated and the company is under two years old.

Editorial Note: Claims vs. Verified Findings

Customer claims (Fortune 200 production use; hundreds of millions of identity events per month) come from the company's own launch announcement and have not been independently verified.
