Capsule Security addresses what it calls the runtime gap in AI agent security: the window between when an agent receives a prompt and when it executes an action, during which it can be manipulated into exfiltrating data or taking unauthorized steps. The company emerged from stealth in April 2026 with a $7 million seed round led by Lama Partners, with participation from Forgepoint Capital.
