The company is registered in Dover, Delaware, and has raised roughly $8 million from investors including OTB Ventures, the EBRD Venture Capital Investment Programme, TMT Investments, and Speedinvest.

The platform deploys a single lightweight AI agent across compute/host, network, and workload layers to protect hybrid cloud, Kubernetes clusters, edge/IoT gateways, and industrial datacenters against malware, DDoS, and botnet activity, using machine learning and reinforcement learning models trained on network telemetry rather than heavier traditional agents unsuited to constrained edge hardware. A Compliance Center adds SBOM tracking, continuous compliance checklists, and audit-ready reporting mapped to frameworks like the EU’s NIS2 and Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), supported by an AI assistant aimed at speeding up SOC workflows and incident analysis.

The company’s most concrete validation to date is a February 2026 partnership announcement with Advantech, a major global industrial IoT and automation hardware vendor, which selected AI EdgeLabs as its primary runtime security and governance platform for edge and industrial systems — a meaningful third-party endorsement given Advantech’s scale in the OT hardware market. AI EdgeLabs also has a distribution alliance with Barbara, an edge computing orchestration vendor, aimed at distributed energy customers.
